Welcome to RenderThat! We are a dynamic 3D company that creates digital product images, exciting animations, and interactive 3D models for large industrial companies. With around 40 employees and a network of over 80 partners worldwide, you help our customers create efficient workflows to turn large product portfolios into content. Your central role is to fundamentally structure our new customer business and drive our growth forward.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for new customer business and expanding the customer profile with goal-oriented contract negotiations and conclusions via a wide variety of channels
  • You have complete responsibility and control over your leads
  • You carry out professional company presentations virtually or on site with customers or at trade fairs
  • You take part in industry-relevant events
  • You support the identification and development of new markets

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, sales or a related area
  • You already have professional experience in sales
  • You love contact with customers and have a strong customer orientation
  • You have enthusiasm and persuasion as well as assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • A high degree of initiative and excellent organizational skills are a matter of course for you
  • You enjoy working in a team, are helpful and always bring new ideas
  • You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • You have very good language skills in German and English
