Since 2012, RenderThat combines the production of CGI with innovative software solutions. When it comes to creating digital twins, we are breaking new ground in terms of making the digitalisation even faster, more efficient and sustainable.

For our internal IT infrastructure we are looking for a windows/linux system engineer (m/f/d) to further expand it and drive its automation.

02 – YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of container clusters, linux, mac OS and windows operating systems
You will take on the maintenance, monitoring and regular updating of operating systems and user software
You work closely with our internal and external developers of these platforms and look after our internal users
You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of the services including load distribution, protection against attacks and protection of productive data
You will take over the expansion of the infrastructure as well as its scalability based on the growing requirements

03 – YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in computer science or a vocational training in the field of IT
You have extensive practical experience in the operation and administration of operating systems
You have in-depth knowledge of network security as well as monitoring and backup strategies
Experience with virtualization and containerization is required. Docker, Ansible and Kubernetes in particular are desirable
Advanced knowledge of infrastructure as code is an advantage
You have high quality standards for your own work
You have the aim of constantly developing yourself professionally
A strong team spirit and constant exchange of knowledge define you
You have a passion for new technologies and their challenges
You have good language skills in German and English
