  • You will take over the office management at the office location in Hamburg
  • You will welcome guests and ensure a neat and presentable office
  • You will coordinate the general inbox as well as incoming phone calls
  • You will take over the orders for office supplies and drinks
  • You will coordinate trips for the team at the office location in Hamburg
  • You will take over the administrative support for our CEO at the office location in Hamburg
  • You will take over the preparation of the financial accounting
  • You will be the contact person for our suppliers


  • You have successfully completed a vocational training
  • You already have professional experience in the area of ​​office management
  • You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office and DATEV
  • An independent and structured way of working as well as a hands-on mentality characterise you
  • You are able to work in a team and have a friendly, client-comes-first attitude
  • You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • You have good language skills in German and English
